Matt Lenza brings 14 years of real estate experience and a results-driven mindset to every client he serves. With a professional background in engineering and business—holding degrees from Lehigh University (BS Engineering, MS Systems Engineering) and an MBA from Villanova University—along with certifications as a PMP and Black Belt, Matt combines analytical expertise with a personal commitment to client success.
In addition to being a licensed Realtor, Matt owns a rental portfolio of 24 properties, including single-family homes, condos, and duplexes. This firsthand investing experience allows him to advise clients not only on buying and selling homes but also on building wealth through real estate.
Matt was born and raised in Prospect Park, PA, and now lives in Media, PA, with his wife and three children under the age of 10. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, golf, sports, fitness, and mastermind groups, but most of all, spending time with his family.
What sets Matt apart is his honest, client-first approach. He treats every sale as if it were his own, providing straightforward input and making himself highly accessible.
